TOG 24 GENERAL INFORMATION 

DELIVERY

Please note that orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the next possible working day.

Parcels require a signature. A card will be left if there is no one at home. A delivery address can be specified if you know you won't be in to sign for your order.

We offer the following delivery options.

Standard Delivery
Royal Mail’s Packet Post Delivery, maximum of 7-10 working days from receipt of order - £2.50

Express Delivery
Parcel Force service. 1-2 working days from receipt of order. Please note that we may not receive your order for processing until the morning of the day after you have placed your order with us  - £7.95

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your contract with us up to 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please email mailorder@tog24.com detailing your wish to cancel the order, your order number, and your name and address- or write to TOG 24 Mail Order, Mileta Sports Ltd, Spen Vale Mills, Station Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0BR. You must return any goods you have received to us at the above address as soon as possible, following the instructions on your invoice. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation.

CHANGING ORDER DETAILS

If after you have placed an order, you wish to change details, please email mailorder@tog24.com with your order number as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with any products purchased from tog24.com you can return them to us in their original condition, unworn, with all labels attached within 28 days. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs which are non-refundable except in the case of faulty goods).

Please repack the items in their original packaging and send them to us at your cost following the instructions printed on the invoice. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as TOG 24 cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. This returns policy does not effect you statutory rights.

In the case of goods thought to be faulty we will either repair, replace, re-proof, or credit at our discretion when a product is found to be imperfect.

Please note that we handle returns as soon as they arrive, but this process can take up to 10 working days during very busy periods.

PRICES

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned in accordance with our returns policy above.

All orders for products are subject to availability.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION

TOG 24 designers take great care with the colour used in collections. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or company.
