COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entries close 11th February 2011.
Prize draw will take place week commencing 28th February 2011.
Winners will be notified by post and / or telephone by 11th March 2011.
Winners' details (name and county) will be published on the TOG 24 website from week commencing 2nd May 2011.
An independent person will make the draw.
The draw is only open to UK residents over 18 years of age but not employees or their families of TOG 24, Ski Lake Tahoe, Alamo their agents or anyone connected with the draw.
No purchase necessary.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries.
Only one entry per person allowed.
The first prize is for 2 people and includes:
Return flights from London Heathrow to San Francisco in economy class. 7 days car hire in an 'SUV' car type, including collision damage waiver and extended protection. 4 nights at Resort at Squaw Creek (room only, based on 2 sharing a standard room) and 4 nights at Aston Lakeland Village (room only, based on 2 sharing a standard room). 2 x 7 day ski passes valid at all Ski Lake Tahoe resorts.
Prize does not include spending money, ski clothing, ski hire, ski lessons Travelers should ensure any required Visas, travel insurance, permissions, conditions of travel are met.
There is one holiday to be won. The holiday must be taken by April 8th 2011. The prize is not transferable and once booked, dates, names and car details cannot be changed. Certain black-out dates apply. All dates are subject to availability.
Entrants will be asked to complete their details on line to qualify for entry into the prize draw.
No cash alternative in whole or part will be offered for the prize.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
