ITEMS PURCHASED VIA OUR WEBSITE AS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FROM 3RD NOVEMBER CAN BE RETURNED UP UNTIL 7TH JANUARY OR AS PER OUR STANDARD RETURNS POLICY - WHICHEVER PERIOD IS LONGER.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the next possible working day. We advise that this is taken into account when choosing your delivery method if you need to receive your delivery rapidly. Note also that Royal Mail do not deliver on public holidays or bank holidays and you should add these days to the normal expected delivery timeframes.
Parcels may require a signature. A card will be left if there is no one at home. A delivery address can be specified if you know you won't be in to sign for your order.
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery UK
Royal Mail Tracked. Up to 5 working days from receipt of order- usually around 3 working days (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. FREE!
Express Delivery UK
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour- Signed For. 2 working days from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. £5.95
Parcels addressed to the following postcodes JE, GY, IM, HS2, PA61-PA75, PA78, ZE2-3, KW16-17, PH30, PH41-PH44 should be delivered within two to three days.
Next Working Day Delivery UK
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - Signed For. 1 working day from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). Orders must be placed before 2pm. A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will therefore arrive on the next working day - i.e. the following Monday. £6.95
Parcels addressed to the following postcodes HS, KW, ZE2, ZE3, JE, GY, and IM should be delivered within three days
Click & Collect Delivery UK
We now offer Click & Collect delivery to selected UK TOG 24 stores. This takes up to 5 working days and is FREE! Just select click & collect as the delivery option and then select the store you wish to collect your order from as directed. Your order will then be sent to that store. When it arrives in store our staff will contact you to confirm that your order is available for collection - please do not come to collect your order until this happens. When arriving at the store please go to the cash desk and advise you are there to collect your click and collect order. We require your order number and valid photo id on collection - such as a driving licence, credit or debit card in your name, passport or utility bill. You will then be asked to sign a copy of your invoice for our records confirming that you have collected the order.
You have 2 weeks from us contacting you to collect your order. After this point the order will be returned to Head Office and you will be refunded. The store you wish to collect the goods from will contact you several times over the course of the 2 weeks before sending your order back to Head Office.
Click & Collect orders can only be picked up during normal opening hours. Please contact the relevant store direct if you are unsure what the opening times are.
European Delivery £6.95
DPD. Applicable to the following countries; Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Poland, Sweden. Up to 4 working days.
Republic of Ireland Delivery £4.95
DPD. Up to 4 working days. Applicable to Republic of Ireland only.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within the above specified time frames when exceptional circumstances apply- for example severe weather which may affect the ability of courier services to deliver/collect on time. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, traffic delays, transport failure, mechanical breakdowns, strikes or other industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please email email@example.com detailing your wish to cancel the order, your order number, and your name and address- or write to TOG 24 Mail Order, Mileta Sports Ltd, Spen Vale Mills, Station Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0BR. You must return any goods you have received to us at the above address as soon as possible, following the instructions on your invoice. The cost of the item(s) purchased and the cost of sending your order to you will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. You will however need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us as per our returns policy detailed below.
If you are unhappy with any products purchased from tog24.com you can return them to us in their original condition, unworn, with all labels attached within 28 days. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs which are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, or of goods returned within 14 working days from the day after you received the goods).
This returns policy does not effect you statutory rights.
In the case of goods thought to be faulty you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will refund what you paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery (if paid by you in the original order). You have up to 6 months to return faulty goods to us for a repair or replacement - if the fault cannot be repaired or the good replaced, we will issue a refund.
Please note that it may take up to 7 working days to process your return in very busy periods although we try to be faster than this whenever possible.
RETURN GOODS FOR FREE VIA ROYAL MAIL TRACKED RETURNS - UK ORDERS ONLY
You can return goods purchased at tog24.com to us for FREE by visiting the following web address and printing out a returns label. You will need your order number (from your confirmation email and included on your despatch note).
Please repack the items in their original packaging, sticking the returns label you have printed on the outside of the packaging.
Then just drop off your return at a Post Office® branch. The item will be weighed, the postcode taken, and the item will be tracked. Please keep a note of your tracking number.Once the return arrives at the local Delivery Office, it’s scanned again just before being delivered back to us.
RETURN GOODS WITH OUR COLLECT+ SERVICE - UK ORDERS ONLY
If you are not near a local post office you can also return goods via Our Collect+ service which allows you to return goods within the UK for a fixed price of £4.49. Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week.
N.B. Parcels cannot be returned via Collect+ to your local TOG 24 store.

When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label.
Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.
1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/tog24 and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service (not at a TOG 24 store). You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at www.collectplus.co.uk/track.

EUROPEAN RETURNS - INCLUDING REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, EXCLUDING THE UK.
If you would like to returns any goods to us please email email@example.com with details of your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return to us. We will then email you a returns label which you will need to print out and place on the outside of the packaging of your return. The returns address will be in your country of residence - please note that you are responsible for the cost of domestic postage to the address shown on the returns label we will send you.
If you would like to return faulty goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and details of the faulty item you would like to return. We will then email you a pre-paid returns label to print out and fix to the outside of your return parcel.
