Delivery & Returns



Please note that orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the next possible working day. We advise that this is taken into account when choosing your delivery method if you need to receive your delivery rapidly.


Parcels may require a signature. A card will be left if there is no one at home. A delivery address can be specified if you know you won't be in to sign for your order.


We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery UK

Royal Mail Tracked. Up to 5 working days from receipt of order- usually around 3 working days (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). FREE!


Express Delivery UK

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour- Signed For. 2 working days from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). £5.95


Parcels addressed to the following postcodes JE, GY, IM, HS2, PA61-PA75, PA78, ZE2-3, KW16-17, PH30, PH41-PH44 should be delivered within two to three days.

Next Working Day Delivery UK

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - Signed For. 1 working day from receipt of order (barring exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather). Orders must be placed before 2pm. £6.95


Parcels addressed to the following postcodes HS, KW, ZE2, ZE3, JE, GY, and IM should be delivered within three days

European Delivery £6.95 

Asendia by La Poste and Swiss Post. Colissimo Home Delivery Service. Applicable to the following countries; Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany,  Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Poland, Sweden. Up to 5 working days.

Republic of Ireland Delivery £4.95

Nightline. Up to 5 working days. Applicable to Republic of Ireland only.


Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within the above specified time frames when exceptional circumstances apply- for example severe weather which may affect the ability of courier services to deliver/collect on time. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, traffic delays, transport failure, mechanical breakdowns, strikes or other industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.




In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please email detailing your wish to cancel the order, your order number, and your name and address- or write to TOG 24 Mail Order, Mileta Sports Ltd, Spen Vale Mills, Station Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0BR. You must return any goods you have received to us at the above address as soon as possible, following the instructions on your invoice. The cost of the item(s) purchased and the cost of sending your order to you will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. You will however need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us as per our returns policy detailed below.




If you are unhappy with any products purchased from you can return them to us at our registered address below in their original condition, unworn, with all labels attached within 28 days. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs which are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, or of goods returned within 14 working days from the day after you received the goods).


This returns policy does not effect you statutory rights.

In the case of goods thought to be faulty we will either repair, replace, re-proof, or credit at our discretion when a product is found to be imperfect.

Please note that it may take up to 7 working days to process your return in very busy periods although we try to be faster than this whenever possible.


You can return goods purchased at to us for FREE using the sticky returns label attached to the delivery note included with your delivery. 


Please repack the items in their original packaging, sticking the enclosed returns label on the outside of the packaging. In the area of the returns label marked 'From' please place your surname and order number. Please also remember to enclose and fill in the 'Reasons for Return' sheet so that we know where the return has come from and why the items have been returned. This enables us to process your return without delay.


Then just drop off your return at a Post Office® branch. The item will be weighed, the postcode taken, and the item will be tracked. You will then be given a receipt with a unique tracking code as proof of return - please keep this in a safe place. Once the return arrives at the local Delivery Office, it’s scanned again just before being delivered back to us.



If you are not near a local post office you can also return goods via Our Collect+ service which allows you to return goods within the UK for a fixed price of £4.49. Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. 

N.B. Parcels cannot be returned via Collect+ to your local TOG 24 store.

When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label. 

Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form. 
1. Go to follow the instructions to purchase your returns label. 
2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible. 
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service (not at a TOG 24 store). You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt. 
4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at

Place the goods in the original packaging - unworn and with the original labels. Fill out the returns form that we included with your order. Place the completed returns form in the packaging with your goods. Please then send your return to the following address using your choice of delivery method. Please note that returns are at your expense (except for faulty items - please contact us). Responsibility for the goods remains with you until we receive them. Send your return to:
