Velcro not sticking? A tear needing fixing? Or a good wash needed? We understand that clothing can get damaged or worn out over time. Repairing and restoring helps get the most life out of them.

If your TOG24 product, new or old, has been damaged or simply needs freshening up, our dedicated in-house repairs team can help restore it to its former glory.

If you have a damaged or worn TOG24 product, start off by filling out our contact form below. Our Customer Service team will then advise on the best course of action.

Send your product

If a repair is needed, you can send your product across once we've received payment. We'll let you know the details for the shipping label.

We'll do our thing

We’ll try our best to get your clothing looking and feeling as good as new. If your product is not repairable, we'll let you know the next steps.

Job's a good 'un

In most cases, you'll receive your product back between 2-4 weeks, depending on the type of repair or service that has been carried out.

Repair FAQs

How much will my product cost to repair?

Repair costs vary depending on the type and extent of the wear and tear. Depending on the carrier, there may be a small shipping charge. Please speak to our Customer Service team to get an exact cost.

How long will a repair take?

Repair times may vary depending on the type of service needed, but they usually take around two to four weeks before being shipped back to you.

Will my repair be visible?

We try our best to sure that repairs are as hidden as possible. While some repairs may be slightly visible upon close inspection, we take great care to match colours and stitching to make the repair discreet.

The main focus is on restoring the functionality and durability of your clothing while preserving its appearance. If you have specific concerns about the visibility of your repair, please let us know.

What if you're unable to repair my product?

If your products are beyond repair, we'll inform you and discuss what's best to do next. We can either return your products back to you with a refund for the repair, or you can choose to leave them with us. We will be able to recycle or donate them, in exchange for a refund for your repair and a discount off your next TOG24 purchase.

What should I do before sending my products?

Please ensure your clothing is clean, and your products are packed suitably for postage. Clearly attach the postage address to your package and post at your nearest drop off point.

Can I send products for repair in-store

Currently, we are not accepting repairs in-store. If you have a product that needs repairing, please speak to our Customer Service team by filling the form below.
