UK Guarantee

We Stand by the Quality of our Products

All our products purchased in the UK are guaranteed for 12 months against any faults in materials or workmanship.

If you find a fault in materials or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace the item or refund you if we can’t.

No need to register your warranty. Just keep your receipt, as we’ll need it to process any claims.

What’s Not Covered under your UK Warranty

To keep things fair for everyone, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items damaged by:

Everyday wear and tear
Improper storage or use
Accidental or deliberate damage
Burns, rips, or cuts
Not following care or use instructions
Using an item after reporting a fault
Personal alterations
Not washing according to the care label
Repairs done by anyone other than TOG24

How to Claim Under your UK Warranty

Once you’ve submitted the form below, our Faulty Goods Team will get back to you within 3 working days. We’ll review your claim and email you with the outcome. Most claims are resolved within 10 working days. If we need to inspect the item, we’ll send you a free returns label and keep you updated by email.

Other Information

Lifetime Guarantee – All Terrain Range

Our All Terrain products came with a lifetime guarantee—covering the life of the jacket, not the wearer. If your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

All we ask is that you provide proof of purchase, as this guarantee applies only to the original buyer.

Outside of our UK Guarantee Period

If your product falls outside of the guarantee period and the fault is repairable, we offer a chargeable repair service

EU Legal Guarantee

Customers in the EU are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity, separate from our UK guarantee. This covers faults present at the time of delivery for up to two years. Read more about your EU legal guarantee rights.
