This promotion offers customers the chance to win a refund of their qualifying order. Each week during the promotional period, one winner will be selected at random to receive a full refund of their order value, including VAT and delivery charges.

To qualify, participants must place an order via the TOG24 app during the Promotion Period.

• The Promotion Period starts on Monday 24 November 2025 and ends on Sunday 7 December 2025.
• Two winners will be selected over the two weeks the promotion is running.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible app orders placed during the corresponding week.
• Winners will be contacted via the email used to purchase their order, on Monday after each corresponding week during the promotional period. These dates are Monday 1 December 2025, & Monday 8 December 2025.
• Refunds will be processed to the original order payment method.
• Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible.
• Applies to UK orders only.
