No good as a bumbag for smaller dress sizes

"Smallest that this bumbag goes is 38” which is the equivalent of a UK size 14. As a size 8 I now need to make the 70 mile round trip to return it as I need it as a bumbag and not cross body style. Saw it was adjustable in the store but wrongly assumed it would be adjustable for all sizes."
