"The garment didn't suit me ( gaping armholes) but the colour and quality seemed good but decided to return re poor fit (size 12) However the complex return process will discourage me from any further purchases The form refused to accept my order number. Eventually accepted after removing almost invisible full stop on another line. Also insisted on a number for my home address. . . I don't have one but had to type in any number to get it to accept my return address which later appeared on the return label. Hope it doesn't confuse the postman collecting it. A LOT of time wasted on the poor system."
