"I am really pleased with my Kilnsey Women’s Waterproof Jacket. It looks beautiful and is lightweight enough to fold into the pouch provided. Best of all, it is completely waterproof. I was able to road test it during a substantial downpour. I could feel the cold rain through the fabric on my bare arms. The TOG24 coat was really wet, but I was completely dry. I am over the moon about this purchase."

I am going on holiday to where it is going to be hot 30-35 degrees but it is also going to be wet. Will this jacket keep me dry without sweltering in the heat?
