Disappointing for a Tog24 (I did like the colour)

"Been ordering from tog for a few year this is the first problem I have had unfortunately this went quite bobbly after washing and I always felt the cut was off with shorter sleeves and a larger hood but I did like the forest green colour so I returned (faulty free cost) for a no quibble refund and chose something different from you. I am unsure why my genuine review doesn’t match the rest, have you had problems with others. I will try to continue using Tog24 in the future to support british thank you"
