Poor customer service at Skipton branch

"I was disappointed with the staffs handling of a returned item. I purchased a white tee shirt and when I got home I was about to iron it and noticed some stains on the front. I returned the t -shirt hoping to replace it like for like. The member if staff said I can’t accept it as it has no label on. Now I’m 💯 certain it never had one on, let’s face it how many items do you have to by pass when looking in a store as there is no tag on with a size or price. She then said see the small print which was an A5 size stand on the counter. I replied do you advise customers to read it when purchasing because I don’t recall anyone asking me. She eventually gave me a refund as they didn’t have another in stock. The brand is good but this individual assistant requires some further customer service training. Also if your policy is displayed in minute writing you need to change it ."
