The stitching quality was very

"The stitching quality was very bad. The Velcro was coming off after one week wear. I wrote to them with pics and they requested it to be sent back for them to assess. I had no time for that as I bought it for my 70 yr old father and it was very cold that week so I stocked the Velcro’s instead. I felt very unhappy that a £70 jacket had such poor stitching quality. I also did not like the fit of my sons jacket and I made mistake of embroidering the initials which means I can’t return so make sure not to go for embroidery."

Great fit. Zip can be

"Great fit. Zip can be a bit fiddley due to coat being long. Extremely warm to wear. I only wear a t shirt underneath even in the coldest weather. Hood is large and allows a hat to to be worn too if needed. Or the cords can be tightened for a snug head fit. All in all a great comfortable warm coat at a great sale price"

Not as good a fit

"Not as good a fit as the coat/equivalent which I bought from you 5 years ago. This one is a bit baggy - same sizes. However, the zip is much improved on the new one. The older coat's zip mechanism was poor - no issues with the new coat's zip. Overall,a tad disappointed with the previous nice fitting coat now being replaced with a slightly ill fitting new coat - lost a bit of style. Both size L. I am even fatter now than 5 years ago - so the new coat should be tighter if anything - but it's bigger and a bit longer. Still comfy and warm but it doesn't look as good when on."
