Not Black

"Ordered black, but in the light its almost blue! Complained and just got told its light black, but it says black and looks black on the website. You can see from the pic its not black but customer services fobbed me off. Took a side by side shot of my girlfriends black coat and mine. Looks nothing like black in my opinion"
