"A great longer length windproof jacket with hood. I’m 6ft tall. I sized up and this fit me well. The sleeves could be a little longer but its just about right. I wore it to watch my children play football on a windy and very exposed pitch. It stood up well to the wind. I’ve worn it on a campsite, supervising a D of E expedition, and I liked that I had plenty of room for movement. The longer length helped keep my legs and bum warm. I purchased this in the sale. The Keswick store staff ordered it for me online. They didnt have the coat size I wanted in store. The two ladies were excellent. They explained the process clearly and answered questions. They looked for a local to me store, as I was on holiday, but the York Designer Outlet store had recently closed. They suggested ordering for delivery and our spend qualified for free delivery. It was great to see inclusive staffing up of people with neurodivergence- encyclopedic knowledge of products and systems gave me peace of mind."

Superb jacket

"Bought it online service was very good the jacket arrived before the stated time. So pleased with this jacket, the fit is great feels lovely on, wore it in a weekend away it was ideal the weather was very windy, I was protected from the wind with this jacket. Looks great too had lots of compliments, and it was a bargain!!! Love it!!! Definitely use TOG24 online in the future."

"Not my first purchase of these lovely jackets, I also have one without the hood. Very light weight and warm, ideal for walking the dog, but smart enough to wear for all activities. They do tend to run a little tight, so had to return my first order for a bigger size."

I ordered my usual size

"I ordered my usual size 12 but this proved to be too tight for this item. I took it to a nearby outlet but they were unable to take returns. I ended up buying a larger size at the outlet and posting the original order back for refund, instead of waiting for a replacement. Somewhat annoyed that the cost of postage had to be paid however."

Personally I didn’t like the

"Personally I didn’t like the fit of this one and returned it. I have bought many Tog24 coats over the years and always buy my usual size. This one definitely came up small. It was tight across the chest and around my bottom. With that in mind I can’t really comment on how it felt on. I did however like the look, feel and length of the jacket."

"I really love it! I'm only 4ft 11in in height, so it's a coat rather than a jacket, but, as I'm 75 years old, I love the warmth and coverage. The hood and zipped pockets are very practical, and, since I bought it, there has been gales and rain, so it's been thoroughly tested."
