It's warm and a nice

"It's warm and a nice colour, I like that the hem can be pulled in with the toggles. The quality is poor, it was received with a stiff zip. I enquired about returning it only to find out I would have to pay return postage which 'maybe' refunded if it's deemed faulty. It also pulls easy which is disappointing when I compare it to my other Sherpa gilet that is better quality (not TOG24 it's a supermarket brand). This was in the sale, but wasn't advertised as faulty which it is."
