Reviews

Up to your usual standard

"Up to your usual standard (I’ve had jackets from you before, which have lasted me a very long time. They’re very warm and very light. ) The only problem I have with this jacket is the hood. It is lovely and cosy, but too big: when it’s very windy tightening the hood only serves to pull it right down over my face - and over my eyes! To have some kind of various adjustments would be very helpful, and a lot safer."

Q&A

I have followed the washing instructions and I am very disappointed as all the padding has clumped together in parts leaving the rest thin and limp - it is now unwearable and I loved it as well - is there anything I can do to restore it ?
Hello, Thank you for contacting us regarding your down jacket. Please find below the aftercare instructions for our down products: Cleaning: · Empty the pockets and brush down the jacket to remove any loose debris or dirt · Ensure the detergent compartment is thoroughly cleaned as any detergent residue could damage or stain the jacket · Add one 50ml capful per garment of your selected down wash · Wash on a full cycle at 30° or according to care label instructions Drying with a Tumble Dryer: · Remove the jacket from the wash and squeeze out any excess water · Place the damp jacket into a low temperature tumble dryer, dryer balls can be added to help fluff out the down · Remove the jacket every 15 minutes and fluff by hand, before repeating the drying process. This will need to be done several times · Your jacket may require some manual teasing of the down and a good shake to ensure it is fully revived · Don’t pack your jacket away while it is still damp, or it will start to smell You do not need to wash your jacket again. To distribute and restore the down loft it will need a good shake and longer in the tumble drier on a low heat. You may need to manually move some of the down and tease apart the balled up down. If you have drier or tennis balls, these can be added to aid distribution. Drying without a Tumble Dryer: · Remove the jacket from the wash and squeeze out any excess water. · Hang the jacket in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct heat such as a radiator or airing cupboard as this can damage the fibres · Every 30 minutes, remove the jacket from the hanger and give it a vigorous shake. Then gently massage the jacket using your fingers to separate any feathers that are clumping together · Continue to manually tease until the jacket is dry · Don’t pack your jacket away while it is still damp, or it will start to smell Please find our Grangers cleaning range at - https://www.tog24.com/collections/accessories-other
Does it cover your bottom? I am 5ft 4in tall size 12. Thank you
Hello, a size 12 would measure 70cm from the neck seam to the bottom hem.
Can you let me know the length please and is it less roomy than the Raleigh puffer jacket. Thank you.
Hello, please let us know what size you would be looking at and then we can provide measurements?
