Erratic sizing leads to high postage fees

"You really want my review? Here goes! The Gilly jacket arrived along with one for my husband (therefore no delivery charge. ) His fit but my size 10 was way too big so had to be returned. (£2. 95 to return. ) The size 8 in that style was sold out so I ordered a Keld woman's jacket size 8 along with two fleeces in size 8. (No delivery charge). This time the size 8 jacket was too small. One size 8 fleece was a perfect fit but the other size 8 was massive so had to be returned along with the size 8 jacket. (£2. 95 return charge). I re-ordered the Keld jacket in a 10 and had to pay a £3. 95 delivery charge. It turned out it wasn't any bigger than the size 8 so had to be returned. This time I rang Tog24 and managed to get the £2. 95 return charge waived due to their sizes being totally erratic. So after ordering three jackets and two fleeces only one fleece (cost £22. . 50) fitted me. Three jackets were returned, one being far too big and the other two being too small despite being marked different sizes and one fleece being far too big also. All this cost me £9. 85 in delivery and return charges even with the final £2. 95 charge being waived. So in reality my £22. 50 fleece, the only item to fit me, cost me £32. 35. It's not as if the items which didn't fit were a little bit tight or a little bit big. They were either very tight (both the 8 and the 10 where there appeared to be no difference in size) or huge as in the original size 10 jacket and size 8 fleece. I do like the quality of Tog 24 but I will never order from them again due to the erratic sizing which runs up a large bill in postage costs. What a carry on"
