"Great item, the colour goes with a lot of items in my wardrobe so it is getting used a lot. Disappointed with my fleece. Returned

"Disappointed with my fleece. Returned the first one as the collar wasn’t right. The second came and still the collar is not right but putting up with it as I love the colour. The fleece is thinner than my navy and teal ones which again is disappointing. Initially the response I received from Tog 24 was efficient but when sending the fleece back and asking for it to be replaced was met with a refund, however it was quickly rectified on phoning Tog24. . It resulted in a number of transactions in and out of my credit card account."

Q&A

What is the length from nape seam to hem please sizes 12 & 14? Also pit-pit measurement if possible as sizes differ so much when buying online. It would be helpful to include measurements for all items if possible as this may avoid having to order 2 sizes. Many thanks for your help
