Enormous cuffs

"Slightly disappointed with the weight of this coat. Very lightweight. I thought with it having three layers it would be a heavier weight. Cuffs are enormous and although have velcro I can't close he cuffs enough to keep out wind and draughts. Sizing is good though. I bought a size up so I can wear jumpers underneath and it will do well on hat score."

The pluses - Good length,

"The pluses - Good length, lightweight and the water seems to just bounce off it. The negatives - expensive, even in the sale. Quite tight across the head of the sleeve/top of arm. If you have bigger biceps or are wearing a thickish jumper, you’re gonna find it very snug at near the armhole. I’d originally ordered the larger size but it was huge on me, so went down a size and the overall fit was good and flattering, but the tighter arm space isn’t great. No hanging hook sewn into the neck of the coat … seriously @Tog24 - wth?! Given the seams are all taped there’s nowhere safe or strong enough to hang it up!! SO Annoying!"

I bought the coat to

"I bought the coat to keep dry in the rain walking the dog. I’ve only worn the coat a couple of times because although it fits across the shoulders the body of it is far too big - I have to keep my hands in my pockets to hold it down in the wind and because it’s so wide at the hem it blows up and my legs get wet which defeats the object of buying the coat. I have reverted to wearing my existing waterproof. I’m disappointed to say the least as it was an expensive purchase. The quality of the fabric etc is great - it’s just the shape that makes it pretty useless."

"A great, light and waterproof long jacket. If keeps me dry in wind and rain on dog walks. The jacket is knee length on me and keeps my top half dry. There's room underneath for a warm layer and two good, deep pockets."

Great waterproof coat

"Have been eyeing this coat up for a while as thought it would be perfect for rainy school runs. Tried out this morning and kept me dry. Hood is a good size- I like the peak and can draw closer around your face using the toggles. Used the ‘True size- What’s my size?’ feature and this worked well- size 10 is a perfect fit. Quite thin/lightweight (but good quality) so would need to layer up on a chilly day. A couple of things which stopped me giving 5 stars: sleeves could be an inch longer as they just feel a touch short. I am 5’7. 5” so on the taller side so often struggle with sleeve length. I worry the edge of my jumpers might get soggy. Also could do with a hook to hang up- have to hang by the hood which isn’t ideal given how long it is."
