"I really like this coat, it's long but not too long on me. It keeps me warm. I like that it's cuffed but it's a little loose on my wrists, would have preferred it a little tighter. Pockets are decent size and they come with a zip. I love that it has a two way zip, even though I don't really zip up much, I like to close up my chest area. I'm not too fond of the velcro closers because they keep catching on my hijab but I still really like this coat. Definitely do not regret buying it."

Is the hood detachable

Is this waterproof?
Due to the stitching on the baffles (segments containing the down or thermal fill) of this jacket it is not waterproof as water will be able to get in through these stitching holes. The main feature of these jackets is that they are incredibly warm but they will need a further waterproof layer on top to fully protect against these elements. The jackets have a DWR water repellent coating as standard, but this will not withstand anything above a short, light shower.
