"Great price as it was on special offer. The quality is exceptionally good. Didn’t need one but wasn’t going to miss it at that low price and bought it now ready for winter. Just got to be careful that I don’t put weight on before the end of summer. Excellent service from he shop manager who always has a genuine smile."

Good quality, comfortable and stylish

"Brought one of these in January in the sale along with 2 other hoodies, but unfortunately one of the hoodies became quite bobbly and I didn’t feel it was to the usual high standards so I returned it. This is the first problem I have had with Tog24 after a few years of orders I think it was AW25/26 product I was very pleased with the other hoodie and this sweatshirt so I order 2 more when they were reduced further. Bargain they are well made, comfortable with good cut I like the branding to the chest hope it will wear well. I will continue to use Tog24 thank you"

Poor service

"Disappointing experience. I ordered two items . I was told items had been dispatched, but they could not be delivered. The address Tog had put on the package was incomplete and the post office advised me that it had to be returned to sender. On checking with customer services I was told that the items could not be resent but that I would have to reorder and await a refund on the returned items. I tried to reorder but the item were no longer available in the size required, and as of today I am still awaiting the refund."
