Disappointed with my Holcombe hoodie

"I bought one of these (Warm Cloud colour) Holcombe hoodies. It was super soft and gorgeous, I was very happy with it. However, it did not survive one wash. I carefully followed the care instructions - as I really loved the hoodie - but it came out all bobbly and the gorgeous softness was gone. I’ve tried using a “de-bobbling” tool on it but it’s never going to be the same again. I have lots of Tog24 stuff and this really didn’t meet my expectations, disappointing."
