"I am pleased with the jacket. The sleeves are a little long but I shall sort this out. I needed to get it very quickly as I was going up to the Arctic . Actually I did not have the opportunity to use it much as the weather was very good, but was very pleased with it when I did wear it. It was cosy and windproof which was what I needed. I was grateful for the help of your staff in the designer outlet in york. She went to a lot of effort to get me the jacket in time and was very good at chasing it up for me"
