For the team at TOG24, autumn is up there as one of our all-time favourite seasons. Here in the UK, the season tends to be relatively mild, with some warmer and cooler days thrown in too. Vanessa’s Pick – Kids’ Dollis Padded Jacket

It’s also got a couple of safety touches for playtime and the school run including practical reflective prints to the cuffs. Ideal for a new autumn or winter school coat!.”

The best part is that you can adjust the straps to get the perfect fit - it also has handy pockets on the side (unlike most dresses you find) and it comes in two great colourways!.”

If you have a much-loved pooch - especially if you live in the countryside - you’ll know how handy a dog coat can be. The fabric is brushed with a soft hand-feel but also heavy-weight so it’s the perfect jacket for autumn when it’s not quite ‘big coat’ weather!”

Helen’s Pick – Women’s Janine jumper
While a traditional autumn palette consists of muted, warm colours, there’s plenty of room for bright, vibrant tones throughout this colourful time of year.
