"You didn't deliver it in the time frame specified, 3 to 5 working days. You took 7 working days noting post and shops open on Saturday. I odered Sunday pm, it was Wednesday night it got issued to Royal Mail, Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours took 96 hours- the following Monday it arrived. It is still at the place we stayed at so I can't comment on new clothing quality. I did write to ask for some support, but the response was generic to allow for time frames. I've had faster delivery for less money, you and Royal Mail need to do better. If I could return it I would, but Royal Mail chucked it over the wall, instead of returning to you."
