Given the ongoing Royal Mail strike action we would advise that you order any items needed in time for Christmas as soon as possible given the potential for ongoing disruption at Royal Mail.

Our last order date/time to place an order for Christmas delivery is midnight on TUESDAY 13TH DECEMBER - for standard delivery orders. Orders placed after this time may not arrive in time for Christmas.

For next day orders our cut off is 2pm MONDAY 19TH DECEMBER. Again, next day orders placed after this may not arrive in time for Christmas.

If you would prefer to shop in a physical store - please find your nearest store by clicking here.

EXTREME WEATHER UPDATE - Some areas of the UK have experienced issues with snow and ice - with more disruption forecast through W/C 12th December. This has impacted carrier delivery times - we apologise in advance for any delays.

How do i track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and details of the courier we used to send your item. Click on ‘track my order’ to track your parcel from the email, or just click here.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be processed so that it arrives within the advertised timeframe of the delivery method which you have selected (with the exception of the Christmas delivery where the above applies). You will be sent an email when your order has been shipped.

A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays.

We advise that this is taken into account when choosing your delivery method if you need to receive your delivery rapidly. Note also that Royal Mail do not deliver on public holidays or bank holidays and you should add these days to the normal expected delivery time-frames.

Where is my order?

In the unlikely event that the tracking says it’s been delivered but you haven't received the order, you will need to contact us at, Before you get in touch with us please check with your neighbours who may have signed or received the order on your behalf.

What couriers do you use?

If you are ordering from the UK or Isle of Man, we send parcels on a tracked Royal Mail service.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK only currently. We hope to resume deliveries to the EU and globally soon.

For your information only, some of our customers in Republic of Ireland have used AnPost's AddressPal service to get orders from us and other UK retailers. Details of AddressPal can be found at: AddressPal (

What will be the impact of Royal Mail strike action?

Our collections and deliveries by Royal Mail are likely to be disrupted as a result of planned strike action by the Communications Workers Union.

Strike action dates:

The CWU has formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on Friday 9 December, Sunday 11 December, Wednesday 14 December, Thursday 15 December, Friday 23 December and Saturday 24 December 2022.

Again, this is likely to result in some orders arriving outside of our usual delivery timeframe.

Royal Mail has 'well-developed contingency plans' but disruption to deliveries is likely.

If you select up to 2 working days delivery we will send your order on a Tracked 24 Service as usual - but given the strike action we cannot guarantee that it will arrive next day. However, Royal Mail have stated that they 'will deliver as many Tracked 24 parcels as possible'.

Items posted the day before strike action, during strike action or in the days after strike action may be subject to delay.

Returns sent back to us via Royal Mail are also likely to be disrupted around dates of strike action - which may unfortunately delay your refund.

Although any delays as a result of the strike action are out of our hands, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that we will do all we can to get your order to you, or your refund processed, as quickly as possible.
