Delivery times will be longer than the above for specific postcodes due to Royal Mail's updated delivery aims. When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order will be processed so that it arrives within the advertised timeframe of the delivery method which you have selected. You will be sent an email when your order has been shipped.

A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. 

Corporate and Teamwear orders which include personalisation can take up to 14 working days for delivery – lead time information is included on the product pages of all teamwear. 


 How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and details of which courier we used. Click on ‘Track my Order’ from the email, or visit:  www.tog24.com/trackorder

As we stock items from different retailers your order can be split into multiple parcels meaning you could receive several tracking numbers from Royal Mail. 


My Order Says It Has Been Delivered but I’ve Not Received It

We are sorry to hear your tracking states 'Delivered' but you have not received your parcel. Please may we ask that you check with your neighbours, in any safe places, see if anyone else within your household has accepted the order on your behalf or refer to the couriers tracking link to see if you can recognise the delivery image and GPS location map.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please may we ask that you contact our Customer Care Team, confirming your full delivery address and they will raise an investigation with the relevant courier.

Investigations can take up to 72hrs to be carried out. In most instances the couriers can locate the parcel and redeliver within this timeframe, so we ask that you are patient while the investigation is ongoing.


International Delivery

We are now able to ship our products globally meaning the prices and customs fee will be changed accordingly when viewing the website.

Some items are unavailable for international shipping such as Grisport footwear, Sketches, Surfanic roller bags. If you would like to check if an item can be sent internationally, please contact our Customer Care Team.


Click & Collect

We now offer a click and collect service in all our standalone TOG24 stores. This is only available for the stock within the store so will not be applicable for every item. If you would like us to check the stock in your local store you can contact them directly by finding their phone number here or reach out to our Customer Care Team.
