How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and details of which courier we used to send your item. click on ‘track my order’ to track your parcel from the email, or just go to the following website: www.tog24.com/trackorder
Can I Cancel My Order?
In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you are within the UK or EU you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please email customerservice@TOG24.com detailing your wish to cancel your order. You must return the goods back to us as soon as possible using the returns instructions on the back of your invoice.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
You can make certain changes to your order such as to delivery address details, name, and email address if you contact us on customerservice@TOG24.com as soon as possible. However, please note that once an order has been placed we cannot make changes to the products on the order. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, when placing your order, we ask for your billing address and then the delivery address is entered separately which helps when sending a gift to someone.
