How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and details of which courier we used. Click on ‘Track my Order’ from the email, or visit: www.tog24.com/trackorder
As we stock items from different retailers your order can be split into multiple parcels meaning you could receive several tracking numbers from Royal Mail.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Please reach out to our Customer Care Team if you would like to cancel your order.
If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and process a refund back to the original payment method. Unfortunately, once it has left us, we cannot stop this with the courier and the order will go out for delivery.
If you have received your ‘Edit your Order’ email you can cancel your order via this within the 1 hour time limit.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
You can edit your order yourself for up to 1 hour after the order is placed. Just follow the instructions on the order editing email you will receive after ordering.
Can I Have a Different Billing and Shipping Address?
Yes, when placing your order, we ask for your billing address and then the delivery address is entered separately which helps when sending a gift to someone.
