EU Legal Guarantee

When you buy from TOG24.com in the EU, you are protected by a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. This is a right granted to you by law — it applies automatically, at no cost, and it is not something TOG24 grants or can limit. If a product does not match its description or does not work as it should, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, and in some cases a price reduction or refund. How to raise a claim with us

To make a claim under the legal guarantee, contact our customer care team at customerservice@tog24.com with your order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or bank statement). We will arrange a free repair or replacement, or another remedy where applicable, in line with your legal rights.
