Love my new coat

"Received my Alva chocolate brown waterproof coat and I love it, it's stylish, lightweight and a good long length. As I am only 5ft 2 I read the reviews and was concerned it might be too long on me, but it's great, when the rain is pouring it's best to have more coverage, not pleasant getting wet jeans. Am looking forward to wearing it for a long time. It arrived in good time too earlier than expected. Very happy customer."

"Very good looking as raincoats go, flattering and well made - have yet to try out in the rain but I have high hopes. Only comment is that it is quite slim fitting so sizing up if you want to get a bigger fleece underneath may be wise"

Tested on the school run

"Tested on the school run in heavy rain and I was as dry as a bone after half hour walking in it!! Looks great too, perfect length and love the cinched waist. I went for my usual clothes size and still plenty room for fleece underneath come winter. Highly recommend!"

"I am incredibly impressed with the ‘Alva Women’s Waterproof Trench Coat’. It looks very stylish and expensive, with a premium feel that sets it apart from cheaper alternatives. It is not heavy or restrictive, but it has a lovely, substantial weight that reflects its high quality construction. It is definitely not a cheap, flimsy coat! The fit is absolutely spot on. I am 170 cm tall, and the coat hits perfectly at mid-calf (right between the knee and ankle), which is exactly the elegant length I was hoping for. I ordered a size 12, and it is beautifully tailored, it leaves just enough room to comfortably layer cardigans and chunky sweaters underneath without looking bulky or oversized. Initially, I ordered the taupe colour with next day delivery, which arrived perfectly on time. The color was gorgeous, sophisticated dark beige with a subtle green tinge but unfortunately, it just didn't suit my green based olive skin tone. The return process was completely effortless and hassle free. I loved the coat so much that I immediately reordered it in black, and I cannot wait for it to arrive! Truly a beautiful wardrobe staple."
